Day 14, 15 August 2011 – Favorite book of your favorite writer
At least now I get to name five, count 'em people, five books. Can I name six? Seven? Twelve?
Robert A. Heinlein - Assignment in Eternity. A very enjoyable collection of stories.
Lois McMaster Bujold - A Civil Campaign. Because it's actually a take on the Regency novel, only transplanted to Barrayar.
Barbara Michaels/Elizabeth Peters - I'll cheat and name two, one for each persona :P Witch, for Barbara Michaels, and Die For Love, for Elizabeth Peters. Witch, because of Tim, who is also Ramses Emerson and John Tregarth in another incarnation; the meta is actually obvious. Die For Love, because sorry, Amelia, my favorite EP detective is actually Jacqueline Kirby, and I love all the tidbits of info about the romance novel industry sprinkled through this book.
