Ah. Finally done with the first draft of my NaNoWriMo novel. Now for the tedious task of editing it. LOL. To celebrate, I went to my favorite bookstore and luckily chanced on this Diana Wynne Jones novel I haven't read before. Yay!

Non sequitur: I don't know how many books I have that are based on the ballad of Tam Lin. Anyway, I hope you all like my teaser for today, which is from "Fire and Hemlock" by Diana Wynne Jones.

"Two sides to Nowhere, Polly thought. One really was a dead end. The other was the void that lay before you when you were making up something new out of ideas no one else had quite had before."
-p. 405, "Fire and Hemlock" by Diana Wynne Jones

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
