I have been lugging furniture and stuff around for several nights (and going to the office days), doing my New Year's tradition of cleaning and rearranging my room. Everything hurts, huhuhu. I almost forgot about this.
Oh well, all the cleaning up made me rediscover what books I had, including the one whence today's teaser is taken. I consider this book a very lucky find; the story's such a gem! Today's teaser is the first two lines of the book (again).

What a great teaser! Sounds like he has a lot of daughters. I love the colorful cover as well. Happy re-arranging! Gosh, now that I mention it, all my furniture has been in the same place for eons... maybe it is time for me to see if I can get at least one room in the house changed....
